This is a great place with awesome food and a friendly staff. The breakfast burrito is a must, and the fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious.

Came here with a friend for breakfast and had an amazing time! The menu is so big!! I couldn't decide what to get. I decided to get the half French toast with hash brown and eggs. The service and ambiance were great and the cafe is family owned, which makes it even better. I can't wait to come back again!!

The service was absolutely wonderful. Very fast and kind people. The place has a nice classic Cafe feel and it's very comforting and homey. The best part of this was the food. It was our first time here and I had the chicken and waffles. My wife had the Monte Cristo. The chicken was cooked to absolute perfection. The inside was juicy and the skin was super crispy it was perfect to say the least. The waffle had a hint of sweetness but wasn't overbearing and was cooked perfectly as well. My wife really enjoyed the Monte Cristo sandwich. She had no complaints and that's saying something.

This place is a gem! I love supporting this family business. I've been coming here ever since I moved to the Valley. Staff always greet you with a warm welcome. They interact with my two littles and even give them a coin to put in the toy machines up front. This diner gives off 80's vibes and I'm all for it! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My favorite is the fish sandwich. I almost wish I didn't try it because every so often I will crave it and need to come back for another. There are plenty of seating options. Parking in the back is validated. Come here for a pick me up and you won't be disappointed!

Still good! Pancakes are legit!! Great bacon too! Came by for breakfast on Saturday morning. Ordered the 3 eggs, 3 bacon, and 3 pancakes. Plus a side of fruit -- honeydew, watermelon, and cantaloupe. $21 and everything was yummy! No hassle, hardworking and friendly staff. Worth your time and money!

Fantastic old school breakfast on Ventura. Great menu. Good selection of food Great coffee shop vibe. Super service from veteran wait staff. Hot fresh diner coffee. Doesn't get much better than this.

What a gem! Went there for the first time today and plan on returning in the future. Food was cooked to my exact picky specifications and tasted delicious. I ordered the corned beef hash and 2 eggs, with hash browns and a biscuit. It was perfect, but a lot for me so I'm looking forward to my leftovers! My partner got the Big Western combo-eggs, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes. He said everything was very tasty. The service was terrific from all staff we spoke with, and our waitress Joy w was fabulous! Very helpful and super friendly. We sat in John Wooden's favorite booth and it was a nice little treat! Comfortable, homey, clean, with great food and service. What else could you ask for?

My husband and I have been coming here since we were teenagers. We came her with our son and he LOVED the Nutella pancakes! Our food was just as good as we remembered. Customer service is always amazing here! The inside was just as I remembered. The back tables are my favorite lol I highly recommend this place!

After my last review, we have visited several times and we have never been disappointed. Somehow, none of the breakfast spots I have tried have pancakes as delicious, light, and fluffy. The service is always fast, courteous and efficient, but what I really love about this place is the traditional American laid back atmosphere. Inside is light, clean, and pleasant, almost like home which is probably why we keep going back. Tip: Don't forget to validate your parking before you leave.
